Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement via email.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery).

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Return of Goods

You must send back the goods within 14 days after informing us of the withdrawal.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
